Pick out as many lucky balloons as you want. The balloons will remain in your possession as long as this event goes on (expected to be quite a while) or until it pops and then you get the item toward a lucky horseshoe.
Each weekend, at least 2 balloons will be popped and the contents will be made available to the owner toward a Lucky Horseshoe.
