Scott Lutz reported that the night filled in area on the 2D map flips in correctly - an example is seen around "23 Mar 2009 01:14:12.000 MDT". A work around for this is to increase the line resolution to around 61 from 51 (right click on the 2D map, more options). Looking into a better fix.
same issue at: 20 Mar 2009 11:38:53.216 CDT - try resolutions 51, 61, and then switches back to problematic at 71 -- because this time is near the equinox.
